Laila Qasim Ibrahim serves as the Logistics Officer at FYF at the Free Yezidi Foundation (FYF) in Duhok, and plays a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of humanitarian assistance and operational support. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Duhok and brings several years of experience across the humanitarian and health sectors. Laila has worked with a range of organizations, contributing to logistics coordination, pharmacy operations, field implementation, and community outreach. Her core expertise includes procurement, warehouse and stock management, and the coordination of complex field logistics in humanitarian contexts. Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English, Laila combines technical proficiency with cultural awareness to navigate diverse operational environments. As a displaced Yezidi woman from Sinjar, she is passionately committed to empowering women and supporting vulnerable communities through accountable, efficient, and survivor-focused humanitarian work.
