FYF Participates at US Holocaust Museum Event

Washington, D.C.

Today FYF joined a number of dignitaries and organizations at the National Commemoration of the Days of Remembrance. The US Holocaust Museum leads the United States in observing Days of Remembrance, established by the US Congress as the country’s annual Holocaust commemoration to remember the victims of the Holocaust, honor the survivors, and pay tribute to the liberators.

FYF and other organizations and individuals from oppressed communities that have experienced atrocities were invited to participate in the day’s events. The US Holocaust Museum was among the very first institutions to recognize the ISIS attacks against Yezidis as genocide.
