Ikhlas Elias

Ikhlas has over five years of experience in community engagement in complex humanitarian contexts. She began her career in 2016 with LAFAM, leading outreach teams and implementing strategies to engage remote populations and raise awareness of services. In 2021, Ikhlas joined the Free Yezidi Foundation as an outreach worker, later advancing to social worker and now supports the team's advocacy work as an Outreach Officer. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in advocacy, communication, and community mobilization, supported by various professional trainings. With a nursing background, Ikhlas has hands-on experience in healthcare settings and is skilled at building strong relationships with local leaders and beneficiaries. Fluent in multiple languages, she effectively engages diverse communities to ensure services are accessible and inclusive.
