Anwar Saeed Dero is a compassionate individual from Sinjar, Iraq with a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering. Since 2018, Anwar has been actively involved in the humanitarian sector in Iraq, commencing his journey as a data entry specialist and gradually expanding his roles to include facilitation and accounting responsibilities. In March 2022, Anwar joined FYF as a Field Operations Associate. In his current position as Field Operations Manager at FYF, Anwar plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing field operations, ensuring FYF's internal policies are followed. Anwar's ultimate goal is to empower his community and contribute to the realization of their rights.
