FYF Marks Yezidi New Year

Today, Yezidis in Iraq and around the world celebrate the Yezidi New Year, Çarşema Serê Salê. It is one of the most important Yezidi holidays; a time of renewal and hope that is held on a Wednesday in mid-April each year. FYF wishes all Yezidis a Happy New Year as the community continues to rebuild and recover.
