FYF All-Project Management Meeting

FYF held a collaborative and team-building session for project managers and field operations, program, and finance leadership. While FYF staff members work hard in their respective fields and areas of expertise, they do not always have the opportunity to spend time with each other and learn about one another’s work. This meeting was a chance for project managers and field leadership to improve organizational coordination and communication and further build everyone’s skill sets. It was also a chance for team members to get to know each other better and spend quality time together. The well-being of staff members is crucial and often overlooked in the humanitarian and human rights setting.

FYF is doing its best to demonstrate appreciation for the team and invest in everyone’s skills and professional development while also providing some days for staff self-care.FYF is grateful to FYF’s field and project leaders for their hard work and dedication.
