Evana’s Journey: A Young Dreamer Empowered by FYF

Meet Evana, a vibrant 14-year-old from Sheikhan, living with her family of 13. She’s a dynamic teenager who loves supporting her mom at home, playing football, and reading. Through FYF’s English Access Microscholarship Program, Evana now regularly attends English language classes and enhancement activities, making new friends along the way.

As her national exams approach, Evana is confident and determined to succeed. She dreams of working with children in a kindergarten, inspired by her love for kids and in memory of her little brother who passed away.

“Before this program, I was afraid to speak English, worried about making mistakes in front of friends. Now, my focus is on learning, not just passing, and I speak with confidence.”

Evana’s biggest supporter is her sister-in-law, who constantly encourages her to strive for more. Since joining FYF, Evana feels motivated and empowered, noticing a positive change in herself. She’s excited to keep growing and pursuing her dreams alongside her friends at FYF.
