Meet FYF’s Bakery Supervisor, Shayma Ali Haji

“A Yezidi woman, I am always delighted and empowered to see women in leadership positions. I believe women should have equal rights as men to work in different fields. Since joining the Free Yezidi Foundation as a Bakery Supervisor, I feel proud to be a part of supporting and empowering women through my skills and work, so they will be able to develop their own skills and become self-reliant.
