Paiman Ayoub

Paiman Ayoub is the Protection Manager at the Free Yezidi Foundation, bringing extensive experience in gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response, community engagement, and project management. With a background in engineering and certifications in psychosocial support, child protection, and leadership, Paiman has managed diverse teams and programs across Iraq. She has served in roles such as GBV Center Manager with International Medical Corps and CBO Manager with ACTED, where she supervised case managers, coordinated with stakeholders, and implemented impactful community-based initiatives. Fluent in Kurdish, English, Arabic, and Turkish, Paiman is dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities and ensuring access to protection services for survivors of violence and displacement.
