Hakeemah Dhaiban

Hakeemah Dhaiban holds a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Duhok. She is an experienced English teacher, translator, and interpreter, with a background in working with various NGOs in Sinjar and the Kurdistan Region. Hakeemah began her journey in the humanitarian field following the Yezidi Genocide of 2014, driven by a desire to help rebuild and support her community. Currently serving as the Field Finance Assistant at FYF, she is dedicated to creating a better future for survivors through advocacy, livelihoods, protection, justice, and education initiatives. Hakeemah supports the finance team's management of all programmatic financials.
